Beautiful wedding gown selections! I was so pleased with the wedding dress I got from AT Romance, it was an easy purchase because I found the exact kind of dress I wanted. Everyone there at the store was so friendly and easy to work with. The amount of compliments I got on the day of my wedding telling me how beautiful and unique this wedding dress is was overwhelming!

I made decision to have wedding photo shot 2 weeks before my ceremony date. Because it was during COVID, I planned to just wear a little white dress for the photo shot. However, like many girls, I also wanted to try on a wedding dress to see how it looks on me. This store is the closest to my home and has the highest rating. I thought maybe I could give a try. Mei was welcoming and patient during my try on appointment. I tried 3 dresses and eventually decided to rent this one in the photo.

"Mei was such an amazing vendor to work with throughout my wedding!! I'm a very picky person and after visiting numerous bridal boutiques around the Bay Area, I ultimately decided to rent my wedding dress, Chinese traditional dress and evening dress with AT Romance Bridal Studio. When I fist stepped foot into this bridal boutique., I could already tell Mei has put in a lot of effort to ensure each of her clients have the best experience when trying on their wedding dresses. The boutique was clean, bright and designed with the most modern taste you would expect in an upscale bridal shop. They have a big selection of wedding dresses and you can even customize your dress to your own liking if you decide to purchase. I decided to rent because it was just more eco friendly. The rental prices were very very reasonable and includes minor alterations, multiple fittings to ensure the dress fits perfectly on your wedding day, cleaning before and after and depending on the dress, Mei also included beautiful veils, a tea set, pillows and a red umbrella to make your wedding day as hassle free as possible. The quality of each of the dresses are top notch and you can tell when you feel the fabric and the tiny details on the dress. Mei was very patient throughout the wedding planning process and never rushed me to make decision but rather gave me the most helpful advices to make the process easier. At the end, I also purchased all my bridesmaid dresses from Mei and it did not disappoint! The colors were spot on with what I had in mind for our wedding theme, the dresses were custom sized to each of my bridesmaid's measurements (they fit perfectly, btw) and the quality was amazing (despite the price being very affordable). Everyone at the wedding raved about each of the dresses I had on and for all the brides still in the process of finding that perfect dress, do yourself a favor and reserve an appointment with Mei to find your special dress! "After getting engaged, I was on the lookout for places to rent wedding dresses and I stumbled upon this highly reviewed studio. I'm so happy that I did the City Hall wedding package with them because it made planning so easy and all the vendors involved provided top notch service.
May, the bridal stylist, helped with the wedding gown selection. She was so patient with me and responsive to all my concerns. She gave great recommendations with the veils for stunning photos and I was able to find the perfect dress.
Cecilia, the makeup artist, was punctual and thorough in her work. There was no trial included in the package so I wasn't sure how it would turn out. I showed her what I wanted and boy, did she deliver! She gave me exactly what I wanted down to the last detail and I received so many compliments.
Jack, the photographer (and his assistant), were phenomenal. They were so easy to work with and kind. They took their time and gave us a a variety of shots. We were gifted some sneak peak polaroids and I can't wait to see the real photos.
I can't rave enough about this team. They all do such great work and seriously made our wedding day so beautiful and memorable and stress free. Great value for the exceptional service!"

We bundled a number of services together for our wedding through AT Romance: wedding dress and groom's tuxedo rentals, bridal bouquet, hair and makeup, and photography. We did all the planning ourselves, and it feels like an understatement to say this simplified things. It was absolutely worth it for the amount of stress and complexity it saved compared to sourcing and coordinating all those vendors ourselves.We were very happy with the quality of each of the services- Angus is a particularly awesome photographer who really went the extra mile for us on the day. The price for the bundle was reasonable, and everything was delivered without a hitch on our big day.May was a pleasure to work with, and extremely responsive to all our inquiries throughout the process, with lots of great advice.Looking back on our wedding planning journey, going to AT Romance was one of our best decisions.

I said yes to the dress at AT Romance! My wedding planning was in California, but the wedding was in NJ. This included buying my dress in CA to then transport across the country. From start to finish, I can't say enough about the professionalism and exceptional customer service of both Mei and Alice. They are both my fairy godmothers that helped me find my perfect dress for my winter wedding.

I really loved the idea of renting a wedding dress - it's cheaper, more convenient (no need for cleaning, you just drop it off) and environmentally friendly (the world deosn't need more wedding dresses). Once I confirmed that renting is an option for our destination wedding in Mexico, I visited all of the real salons in the Bay Area. I actually originally found "the dress" at another salon, but May was so nice, welcoming, attentive and friendly, that I was super happy to come back when I found she also had that dress. My budget was $1000 and I was able to get a dress of my dreams (including alterations and a veil) and that best customer experience! I just wish I could rent more (shoes, jewelry, etc). They are also very COVID conscious - asking to fill a health questionnaire, wearing masks, and limiting to private appointments. Thank you for a lovely experience and a perfect dress! :)

My wife and I got married in Feb this year, and we planned 6 months ahead and thought we might have sufficient time to work out the wedding plans. But we later realized that this wouldn't be possible if we didn't stop by at At Romance and meet Mei.
Because of Covid, we first did our research online and YouTube(where we knew the name), and finally did the in person trial and shopped around the Bay for months. Just to find the wedding gown satisfied my wife's style (after all it's once a lifetime, hopefully lol) and fits in our budget. Conclusion: they offer the best value in our case.
Mei was patient and detail. She helped us through selection, alternation, and went over all details. In addition, she also answered all of our questions from gown to wedding planing and beyond. Because of the supply chain shortage, and customer volumes, the production time was way longer than usual. But Mei was able to deliver timely and save us some buffer to fine tuned the gown. Although the appointments were so full, Mei always went over all the details and communicated with us thoroughly, and made us feel inclusively.
Bonus: she also introduced us some photographers, decorators, and makeup artist solutions. Saved us almost $5,000 from our original budget!!! And lot of time and effort to find the vendors.
Another bonus: Mei also offers traditional Chinese wedding dressing and stuffs (at a good price)!
More bonus: after our wedding, the gown was dirty and we always sent it back to At Romance for cleaning. Why? Again good price! Lol
Must go to shop for wedding dress! You will probably find more you need but pay less than what you think.

I could not be more lucky to have found this place. May is the sweetest and made sure my wedding dress shopping goes by smoothly. I had changed my mind and switched to a new dress and she happily assisted me and modified my contract. Also, I requested a few alterations and she was able to accommodate my requests! My wedding gown is so beautiful! Can't beat it for the affordability and good quality. I highly recommend this place.

"May is a delight to work with. She is extremely kind, thoughtful, and patient.
I was initially sad prior to finding her studio as I was having a hard time finding a wedding dress that fit me. I actually had never considered myself to overweight or anything...That is until I tried dresses at other locations that honestly were beautiful but meant for slim individuals. It was a little depressing seeing a beautiful dress that you didn't want to try on because you knew it wouldn't fit.
So when I had the opportunity for a dress try on with May at her bridal studio, it made me super happy that she had multiple dresses that fit me and looked beautiful.
May was also very helpful in styling. She has great recommendations and I ended up choosing a dress she suggested that I initially did not have an interest in. It looked great and I was comfortable in it. She made the entire process extremely easy.
May also helped me find a makeup and hair artist for my photoshoot as well which turned out amazing.

"Mei and her team at AT Romance Bridal offer spectacular value. I rented a dress for our destination wedding in Cabo and I cannot recommend this place more. The dress was stunning, a gorgeous veil was included with the rental, alterations were perfect, and they were willing to work with my unique schedule since I was leaving the country with the dress. I easily could have spent 5x what I did here. I am so grateful to have found this shop, and encourage any bride who doesn't want to purchase a one-time dress to visit! Thank you, Mei!

"I went to a few places, but THIS is the place! I made an appointment not knowing what style I liked, and there were so many choices. May made my wedding gown experience easy and stress free. Not only was she patient, but she also took the time to understand my style and preferences. Her professional advice was extremely helpful, and she helped me find gowns that fit perfectly and made me feel absolutely stunning. I rented 3 wedding gowns in total, and with May's expert guidance, I left feeling confident with each choice. I found my dream dress here AT Romance! I rented my white wedding gown here and it was such a great experience. I would have also wanted to rent other gowns (reception dress, Chinese gown) at this studio if I didn't already have them.

When I was wedding gown shopping in early spring, I already went to a few bridal stores and was feeling a bit down by the wedding dress buying process. I finally googled "wedding dress rental" and booked an appointment with AT Romance. The moment I walked through the door, May was so friendly and fun to work with. She pulled many dresses for me to try on. I stopped trying on dresses after I found 3 contenders, but May wanted to make sure I saw all my options and said she was happy to pull more dresses if I wanted. I went home and made my decision on my dream dress the next day.

After I paid the deposit, we had 2 fittings and I picked up the dress a few days before my wedding. My gown rental also came with 2 veils (one short/one long) and cleaning service. I wore my gown and everyone gave me so many compliments! The gown return process was super easy as well! I highly recommend this shop if anyone is looking to rent your wedding gown! Thank you May!!
May also had a few other services too, I didn't use these services. However, I did see some floral arrangements for another client during my pick up appointment and they were BEAUTIFUL! I would have explored these services if I didn't already have my vendors booked.

I loved my experience with AT Romance. Mei is incredibly kind, patient, and wonderful to work with. You can tell she truly has your best interests at heart and wants you to have a great wedding/wedding dress experience. If you are looking to rent or purchase a gown, I would highly recommend her services. Even if you rent, alterations are included in the price (which isn't the case at a lot of other rental shops).

Mei was very attentive in listening to what I need and offered very good suggestions. I'm pretty laid back about the whole process and frankly didn't do much research on wedding gowns. We were planning for a simple ceremony at SF City Hall and would like to have some photos. Knowing that the gown is mostly for photoshoot in the City Hall, she made the perfect suggestion to pick the grandest gown with the longest train.
Overall, I am just so happy I used their service. The one stop shop process makes it so much easier for me. And frankly the dress, hair-do, makeup and photos were all fantastic. We are very happy customers for sure and would enthusiastically recommend them.

"Mei was an absolute pleasure to work with when designing my dream wedding dress. I started working with her in February 2020 for a rush order to be ready in time for my June wedding - but when we had to postpone due to the pandemic Mei and her team were so understanding. Mei helped me design my dress from scratch - combining my favorite elements from other dresses I tried on. It turned out so beautiful and Mei was so helpful throughout the whole process. I also loved that it was made locally, which allowed us to avoid any shipping delay concerns with the pandemic. I knew Mei when I came with my friend to find her wedding dress 3 years ago. Mei's attention to details and how helpful she was made such a great impression that I decided to come back for my own wedding. Since she accepts only one group of customers at a time, this allowed her to dedicate her time and attention to us. Unlike other bigger chain, we did not need to fight for dressing room or their attention every time when we had questions.
Thanks to Covid, my wedding was postponed so many times. She was very understanding and considerate every time when I contacted her. Eventually, we did a few fitting, and she is always very patient with us, giving all the advices and help we needed.
When I walked in the first time, I could immediately see the difference from other shops. The fitting area is very roomy And nicely set up. She selected the best and most beautiful dresses to offer. She even has Chinese wedding dress (裙掛) plus all essential items for tea ceremony for rent! This immediately solved my number 1 problem.
I decided from the beginning that I'd be renting. She kept the dresses so clean and they are just like new! I got soo many compliments on my wedding dress. Every time I looked at the mirror and the pictures, I can't help but to agree that it was the right choice to get the dress from AT Romance.

I was looking around at a few boutiques when I came across AT Romance! The selection of dresses were so beautiful and Mei was super helpful in helping me decide which dress to pick.
I decided to rent my dress since I didn’t want to buy and was pleasantly surprised that she did alterations also! A long and short veil were also included with my rental.
I got many compliments on the day of and had many family and friends tell me that the dress was beautiful! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a dress in the Bay Area!
